ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Cathy Morrow, owner and practitioner of MVP Sports Performance Enhancement. I have my bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in sociology and coaching. I also have my master's in professional counseling with an emphasis in clinical mental health. My most recent endeavor is working on becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and providing sports psychology services for athletes.
Growing up, my sporting career started with gymnastics and quickly moved into soccer. However, it wasn't long before I settled in and became a life long hockey player. I played college hockey for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. After college, I've continued to play, but also branched out into the world of coaching. While I have enjoyed my many roles in the sport world, I've always wanted to do more. That is why I opened MVP Sports Performance Enhancement.

MVP Sports Performance Enhancement allows me to combine the best of both worlds, helping others and my love for sports. My goal is to provide a safe space for any athlete being challenged by a mental health issue. I am here to help you over come it. I also work with athletes who are not struggling, and simply want to perform better and take their game to the next level. I work from a strengths-based, person-centered approach. Your goals are my goals, I just help you reach them!

Let me help
you shatter expectations!
